Continental Structural Plastics, Inc. (“CSP”) is the largest compression molder of industrial composites in North America. L.E. Technologies, LLC - (Prior Investment)
L.E. Technologies, LLC, based in Elkhart, Indiana, manufactures steel frames and related components under the Leland Engineering and Venture Technologies brand names, and sells these products to a number of the country’s leading recreational vehicle (“RV”) manufacturers. Through facilities in Elkhart and White Pigeon, Mich., L.E. Technologies has been producing high-quality fifth wheel, travel trailer and tent camper frames for more than 30 years. In addition to its frame manufacturing business, L.E. Technologies fabricates precision steel and aluminum components and provides electro-coat finishing services for RV and specialty vehicle industry customers. In March 2005, L.E. Technologies was sold to Dexter Axle, a division of Tomkins PLC.
